Contracting for a Pest Management Professional Practicing Integrated Pest Management
The National Center for Healthy Housing has developed model requests for proposals (RFP) for affordable housing property managers. There are two RFPs: one for public housing authorities and another for private sector property managers. See below for the materials. The materials are a starting point.
