• Added reference providing key healthy homes provisions of the 2003 International Code Council's International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC).   As of August 2006, three states (Virginia, New York and Oklahoma) and more than 500 communities had adopted this code (pages 1 to 4).
• Developed background document on the IPMC to put it in context with other model codes and give guidance regarding its use and adoption (pages 5 and 6)
• Developed template to provide students in a community with key healthy homes provisions of their local housing code.
• Updated the course modules to use the IPMC as the default housing code for comparison.
• Developed an optional exercise for trainers to use in the Overview module of the course to help students understand key provisions of the IPMC.

HUD Housing Quality Standards

• Added reference providing a formatted version of the HUD Housing Quality Standards.  These standards are found at 24 CFR Section 982.401 and apply to certain types of federally subsidized housing
